HC DS01

This unit is a system which increases the safety of the whole HC line since it is integrated with the charging machine and the supervising safety control unit (Cerberus or Super Guard ). The system is mounted on a steel frame 1500 x 700 x 1700 mm on which the following equipment is installed:
•N.4 pneumatic control valves operated manually by the operator (“MAN” mode) or by the charging machine or by the overriding safety control unit (mode “AUTO”).
•N.5 manual control valves
•N.2 safety valves calibrated to 30 bars
•N.1 Refrigerant fluid filter (filtering capacity of 20 (µ m). There is a manual valve to drain the filter during maintenance operations.
•N.1 Pressure gauge to verify the inlet pressure of the refrigerant (it can be bypassed through a manual valve)
•N.2 semi-flexible connecting tubes to the transfer pump. The system has two functioning modes: AUTO and MAN. The MAN mode is used exclusively for testing, installation and maintenance. In this way it is possible to check each pneumatic valve and the pump operation. The AUTO mode is really the working mode for this system. In this mode, all the pneumatic valves and the pump controls are controlled by pneumatic signals for MACHINE ON and HC SENSOR OK coming from the charging machine and the supervising system CERBERUS or SUPER GUARD. The following functions are controlled automatically: STAND-BY: the system allows the refrigerant gas to return to the tank; the pump is off. WORKING : the system sends the pressurized gas to the charging machine through the distribution line; the pump is working. ALARM : the system stops and closes all the valves to prevent any possible refrigerant gas leaks; the pump is off.
