AUTOTANK 3
The AUTOTANK 3 supply system is composed of three supports for housing 3 tanks.
The supports can be adjusted vertically with a handle. In this way the tanks can be inserted without having to lift them from the ground. Once the tanks are set in their frame, they can then be lifted manually by using the lever. A transfer pump withdraws the refrigerant from the tank under vapour pressure, and supplies it in a liquid state at higher pressure. It has an electronic control panel with an alphanumeric membrane keyboard and a backlit LCD display (two lines X 16 characters).
The electronic control panel allows diagnostics, programming, management of the working operations and the tank exchange control performed by pneumatic valves. The electronic control panel must be installed remote from the supply system (in a safe area).
The electronic control panel supplies only pneumatic signals to the distribution system. In fact, the distribution system has no electric devices installed. AUTOTANK 3 can work both manually, where the operator chooses which tank to use, and automatically, where the system automatically exchanges the tank when the tank in use is empty, making it is possible to use tanks with or without pick up.
A pneumatic valve closes the refrigerant out line in the event of lost power. In order to insure maximum safety, all operator controls are powered by low voltage (max. 24 Vac).
