Our pumps feature a special anti-suck back device that isolate the vacuum systems when the pump is stopped.
The vacuum level is kept constant during stoppage and the anti-suck back device prevents any contamination of the product under process. The temperature is kept constant in every section of the pumps thanks to a streamlined forced ventilation system.
Constant temperatures help extend gasket and oil life with resulting higer performances and reduced maintenance downtime and costs.
Our pumps feature forced lubrication to reduce maintenance downtime and are manufactured with high precision tooling machines and high quality raw materials to offer a long operating life. Both series are free from copper or copper alloy parts and feature fluorinated or nitrile elastomer gaskets depending on the model. Each pump is leak tested with Helium and is equipped with high flow gas ballasts to increase the performances when operating with condensable gases or water vapor.
A built-in trap limits the amount of oil that reaches the exhaust port. Each Galileo pump can be supplied with a wide range of fittings and accessories such as outlet filters, including high-efficiency type with oil vapor recovery.
