The sniffer test and the global test under vacuum chamber are the most common techniques used for performing the helium leak test, currently considered the most reliable leak detection system. Galileo TP can provide both of them, depending on the customer’s size and needs. Our machines perform leak pressure testing, flushing and stressing of hermetic units, especially designed for testing refrigerators and air-conditioners. After these tests are performed and the operator is sure there is no leak, the unit is ready to be transferred to the refrigerant charging station.
